以同向紧啮合双螺杆挤出机为反应器、有机锂为引发剂,采用混合单体加料方式,本体法一步合成了苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物。1H-NMR谱图表明该丁苯共聚物的结构以嵌段为主,无规链段为辅。其力学性能则体现出受丁二烯质量分数的影响。
In the same direction with the tight intermeshing twin-screw extruder as the reactor, organic lithium as the initiator, the mixed monomer feeding mode was used to synthesize the styrene-butadiene block copolymer in one step. The 1H-NMR spectrum of the styrene-butadiene copolymer shows that the structure of the styrene-butadiene copolymer is block-based, with random segments supplemented. Its mechanical properties are reflected by the impact of butadiene mass fraction.
