结合晋中某煤层气田的智能排采项目的设计及实施过程,论述PLC与Intouch架构的控制系统硬软件组成,根据煤层气井生产的不同阶段实现对井底流压的不同形式的智能自动控制。方案结合GPRS无线通信以及MODBUSU_RTU通信协议的应用,实现井场的无人值守。论文详细阐述该控制系统在此项目中的系统配置、控制关键点等。经生产实践证明,该设计是正确有效的,满足生产和工艺的要求。
Combining with the design and implementation process of the intelligent discharge project in a gas field in Jinzhong, the hardware and software composition of the PLC and Intouch control system are discussed. Different forms of intelligent automatic control of the bottom hole flow pressure are realized according to the different stages of CBM production. Program combined with GPRS wireless communications and MODBUSU_RTU communication protocol applications, to achieve unattended well site. The paper elaborates the control system in this project’s system configuration, control of key points. The production proved that the design is correct and effective to meet the production and process requirements.
