文章采用自主开发的全三维计算程序对总压比18的四级轴流一级离心的组合压气机进行了计算分析。研究得出的结论为:全三维计算结果和商用软件对比,堵点流量基本一致,但计算出来的总压比和绝热效率的最大值偏低,会导致计算裕度偏低。在多级轴流压气机的计算能力上,全三维计算和商用软件基本相当,但在轴流/离心组合压气机的计算上偏差较大。
In this paper, a four-stage axial-flow combined compressor with a total pressure ratio of 18 was calculated and analyzed by a self-developed full three-dimensional calculation program. The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows: Compared with the commercial software, the full three-dimensional calculation results show that the flow of the plugging point is basically the same, but the calculated total pressure ratio and the maximum adiabatic efficiency are low, which leads to the low calculation margin. In multi-stage axial compressor computing power, the full three-dimensional computing and commercial software are basically the same, but in the axial / centrifugal combination of compressor large deviation.
