城市水系统规划主要根据城市总体规划中的用水量、用水分布和用水种类,制定城市水系统的发展方向,难以保障城市可持续发展。本文通过分析现有的规划方法,在借鉴欧美国家的城市规划经验的基础上,提出可持续型城市水系统规划的编制方法,希望能够帮助规划部门将可持续发展目标有效地融入到城市水系统规划中,以实现城市水系统和整个城市的可持续发展。
