聚合物共混体系的流变行为一直是高分子物理研究的热点。首先利用熔融共混法制备了聚氧乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEO/PET)二元共混体系,而后对其熔体流变行为进行了系统的研究。结果表明:共混体系熔体非牛顿指数(n)随温度的升高而升高,n随着PEO含量的增加而下降;熔体黏流活化能(ΔEη)随剪切速率的增大而降低,但ΔEη的变化趋势有所降低;另外,ΔEη的大小还随着PEO含量的增加而减小,即其共混体系温敏性随着抗静电剂含量的增大而下降;在PEO含量小于8%时,物性常数A值几乎相同,当含量大于8%时,A值迅速增大。
The rheological behavior of polymer blends has always been a hot research topic in polymer physics. Firstly, a binary blend system of polyoxyethylene / polyethylene terephthalate (PEO / PET) was prepared by melt blending method, and its melt rheological behavior was systematically studied. The results show that the melt non-Newtonian index (n) of the blends increases with the increase of temperature, and n decreases with the increase of PEO content. With the increase of shear rate, the activation energy (ΔEη) In addition, the size of ΔEη also decreases with the increase of PEO content, that is, the temperature sensitivity of the blends declines with the increase of the content of antistatic agents. In the case of PEO content When less than 8%, the A values of the physical constants are almost the same, and when the content is more than 8%, the A value rapidly increases.
