目的:探讨根结线虫对丹参植株生理生化代谢及药材质量的影响。方法:采用蒽酮比色法。结果:丹参根部受根结线虫侵害后,其可溶性糖、淀粉与总碳水化合物含量均表现为先升高后降低,其中可溶性糖、总碳水化合物含量以轻度受害者最高,淀粉含量以中度受害者最高。结论:根结线虫侵害严重影响了丹参植株的初生代谢活动,最终使药材的质量发生变化。
Objective: To investigate the effects of root-knot nematode on physiological and biochemical metabolism and medicinal quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza plant. Methods: Anthrone colorimetric method. Results: Roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza infested by root-knot nematodes showed that the content of soluble sugar, starch and total carbohydrate increased first and then decreased, and the content of soluble sugar and total carbohydrates was the highest among mild victims and the starch content was moderate The highest victims. Conclusion: The root-knot nematode infestation seriously affected the primary metabolic activity of Salvia miltiorrhiza plants and finally the quality of medicinal materials changed.
