我院从1984年7月1日至1987年3月31日应用日本MT—810型胎儿监护仪,做外监护735人次,其中无刺激试验(NST)640人次,宫缩负荷试验及催产素激惹试验(CST/OCT)95人次。复习全部监护记录,共发现19例伴有大幅度胎心率减速,对其临床意义进行回顾性分析及评价。临床资料 1.孕周:3(?)～34周3例,42～43周3例,其余13例为38～41孕周. 2.监护指征:过期妊娠3例,延期妊娠2例,妊娠高血压综合征5例,胎儿宫内窘迫5例,滞产1例,羊水过少1例,高龄初产妇2例。 3.试验种类:NST10例,OCT2例,CST7例。 4.分娩方式:剖宫产13例,阴道分娩6例。 5.胎儿附属物情况:胎盘大面积机化,梗塞或
