目的:探讨心脉隆注射液(XML)对不同状态大鼠离体胸主动脉的影响。方法:采用累积加药法,观察XML对静息、氯化钾(KCl)或去甲肾上腺素(NA)预收缩大鼠离体胸主动脉的影响。使用不同工具药分析作用产生的机制。结果:与对照组相比,XML在一定浓度范围内可以兴奋静息离体胸主动脉,进一步增加KCl预收缩血管的张力,而降低NA预收缩血管的张力。XML舒张NA预收缩血管的作用可被普萘洛尔、双氯芬酸所抑制,而不受Nω-硝基-L-精氨酸的影响。结论:XML对不同状态下大鼠离体胸主动脉的作用不同,其机制可能与Ca~(2+)通道、β受体和前列腺素有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xinmailong Injection (XIM) on isolated thoracic aorta of rats in different states. Methods: The effects of XML on isolated thoracic aorta in rats pre-contracted by KCl or NA were observed by cumulative dosing method. Mechanisms that use different tools for drug analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, XML could excite the isolated thoracic aorta in a certain concentration range, further increasing the tension of KCl pre-contracting blood vessels and decreasing the tension of NA pre-contracting blood vessels. The role of XML diastolic NA precontracted blood vessels can be inhibited by propranolol, diclofenac, independent of Nω-nitro-L-arginine. Conclusion: The effect of XML on isolated rat thoracic aorta in different states is different. The mechanism may be related to Ca 2+ channel, β receptor and prostaglandin.
