白山电站30万千瓦水轮机组蜗壳由14MnMoVN钢制造(座环由西德进口的FG-43钢制造),重155.65T,全包角φ=341°,流速系数α=0.85,承受最大水压P_(mαx)=16kg/cm~2。由于蜗壳结构庞大笨重,且系高强度钢,焊接困难。加之,白山电站冬季施工温度低,地下厂房湿度大,又焊接工艺不当,在挂装用的工卡具焊疤处发现裂纹和撕肉。本文就缺陷产生条件及补焊措施进行分析与商榷。
The Baishan Hydropower Station’s volute of 300MW turbine unit is made of 14MnMoVN steel (seat ring made of FG-43 steel imported from West Germany) weighing 155.65T with all-inclusive angle of φ = 341 °, flow coefficient α = 0.85, maximum water pressure P_ (mαx) = 16 kg / cm ~ 2. Because volute structure bulky, and the Department of high strength steel, welding difficult. In addition, the Baishan Power Station winter construction temperature is low, the humidity of the underground powerhouse, and welding process is improper, in the hanging with the welding tool to find cracks and tear meat. In this paper, the defect conditions and welding repair measures were analyzed and discussed.
