使用仪器进行定量分析时,一般都需要用参比物质。我们常用的分析参比物为工作标样,也称二级标准品。而在实际工作中并不是随时都能在商店里买到所需要的分析参比物,因此掌握一些制备参比物及测定其纯度的技术,对于农药分析人员来说是重要的。制备参比物有许多方法,所得的参比物首先要进行定性检验,然后再定量测定其纯度。本文介绍从恶草灵制剂(250g L乳油)中,采用重结晶法制备参比物及定值的过程。
The use of instruments for quantitative analysis, the general need to use reference substance. Our commonly used reference material for the work standard, also known as secondary standard. However, in practice, it is not always possible to buy the analytical reference material in the store at any time. Therefore, it is important for pesticide analysts to master some techniques for preparing reference materials and determining their purity. There are many ways to prepare a reference substance. The resulting reference substance is first subjected to a qualitative test and then to its purity. This article describes the process of preparing reference materials and setting values by the recrystallization method from the herbicide (250 g L EC).
