本文研究了30crMnsi钢调质一旋压一时效的形变热处理新工艺。钢材由供应状态先行淬火与高温回火(调质),然后进行形变量为50%的旋压和低温时效处理。旋压和时效使钢材抗拉强度提高30~40公斤/毫米~2,时效使形变后的塑性稍有改善。这是一种合金化、形变强化与相变强化综合利用的复合工艺。采用这种新工艺生产的零件机械性能与使用性能稳定可靠,并且都超过了技术条件的要求。这种新工艺可用于各种民用、军用的高强度筒形零件的生产。采用这种新工艺可以节约大量工时,减少设备与电力消耗,能大幅度提高钢材的利用率和产品的合格率。
This paper studies the 30crMnsi steel quenching and tempering a aging effect of a new heat treatment process. The steel is first quenched and tempered at high temperature (quenched and tempered) by the supply state, and then subjected to spinning and low-temperature aging treatment with a deformation amount of 50%. Spinning and aging so that the tensile strength of steel increased 30 ~ 40 kg / mm ~ 2, aging plastic deformation after a slight improvement. This is a alloying, deformation strengthening and phase transformation to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of composite technology. The mechanical properties and service performance of the parts produced by this new process are stable and reliable, and all exceed the technical requirements. This new process can be used for a variety of civilian, military and high-strength cylindrical parts production. Using this new technology can save a lot of man-hours, reduce equipment and power consumption, can greatly improve the utilization of steel and product pass rate.
