May 27 Hubei Provincial Price Bureau announced that Hubei Province has adjusted the water resource fee standards and will not impose water resource fees on the water used for agricultural production. Units and individuals that have access to water resources in Hubei Province shall apply to the department in charge of water administration for a water intake permit and pay the water resource fee according to the regulations.
