目的了解目前吉林省内医院病案科建设现状,为改善我省医院病案科建设提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法对吉林省内50家医院病案科发放调查问卷,调查问卷以电子邮件的方式发给各医院病案科,并请科室负责人填写。结果吉林省病案科从业人员配置结构不合理,女性占83.19%、85.43%的人员在30岁以上,且学历层次偏低;在专业背景方面,临床医学和护理学专业的占54.88%;92%的医院编制床位数与病案管理人员比例在50:1以上。此外,病案科的隶属关系不合理、工作职能不全面。结论建议医院领导对病案科建设给予重视,出台鼓励政策以吸纳专业性强的年轻人员;重视病案科从业人员的培训与继续教育,提高医院病案管理的整体水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of construction of medical records in hospitals in Jilin Province and provide evidence for improving the construction of medical records in our province. Methods A random sampling method was used to issue a questionnaire to the department of medical records of 50 hospitals in Jilin Province. The questionnaires were sent to the department of medical records of each hospital by e-mail, and the department head was required to fill in the questionnaire. Results The staffing structure of Jilin Province’s medical record department was unreasonable. Female accounted for 83.19%, 85.43% of them were over 30 years old and had low level of education. In terms of professional background, clinical and nursing major accounted for 54.88% and 92% Of the hospital beds and the number of medical record management staff in the 50: 1 or more. In addition, the affiliation of the case record department is unreasonable and the job function is not comprehensive. Conclusion It is suggested that hospital leaders should pay more attention to the construction of medical records, introduce encouraging policies to attract more professional young people, attach importance to the training and continuing education of medical staff and improve the overall medical records management.
