本刊1985年第一期“阶梯齿滚齿靠模的设计计算”(下称上篇)介绍了在同一轮齿上两端齿厚为减薄齿的滚齿靠模设计,本文将介绍轮齿的中段为减薄齿的滚齿靠模设计。这两种不同形式的齿轮在汽车变速器中均较常见的,它们的作用是在变速换挡过程中,防止滑移齿套自动脱挡,如我厂T80变速器中的二、三挡齿座和四、五挡齿座以及我厂为黄河工程机械厂生产的T180推土机变速器中的啮合轴,都是轮齿的中段为减薄齿,如图1所示。这种齿轮的工艺以往先在滚齿机上将整个齿坯滚切出正常齿厚,然后再在插齿机上将轮齿的中间部分插薄至所需的减薄齿厚,因我厂有联邦德国进口的普法特滚齿机,并带有仿型滚齿机构,可以将
