跨栏跑运动的发展是人类与自然界长期斗争的产物,伴随着刘翔在2004年雅典奥运会上夺得男子110米栏的冠军,跨栏跑运动在我国受到前所未有的追捧和重视。文章对跨栏跑的技术特点及其发展趋势进行研究,以使大家了解跨栏基本技术特征,为今后研究提供理论依据。 Hurdle race development is the product of long-term struggle between humans and nature. Along with Liu Xiang won the men’s 110-meter hurdles champion at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, the hurdling race was hitherto unheard of in our country. This article studies the technical characteristics of hurdle race and its development trend so that everyone can understand the basic technical characteristics of hurdle and provide a theoretical basis for future research.
