The calculation of physical buoyancy in junior high school is a difficult point. There are roughly four common methods. Different methods are used according to specific problems. (1) Pressure difference method According to the cause of buoyancy, the pressure difference between the upper and lower surfaces of an object immersed in liquid is calculated as the buoyancy of the object in the liquid. The vertical side of the example 1 cube is 10 centimeters long and the upper surface is 5 centimeters from the water surface (as shown in Figure 1).
