由于土壤盐碱化逐年增加造成可耕作面积逐年减少,使盐碱等非生物胁迫已成为严重影响我国粮食生产的重要因素。目前,提高作物耐盐碱性是植物育种工作的重中之重。随着现代生物技术的快速发展,已经获得较多与耐盐碱相关的基因,并通过遗传转化技术获得了一些耐盐碱转基因水稻。本研究就植物耐盐碱相关基因的克隆及其在水稻中的遗传转化等方面进行了综述,并探讨了转基因水稻这一领域研究中存在的问题及应用前景。
Due to the increase of soil salinization year by year, the area of arable land decreases year by year, so abiotic stress such as salinity has become an important factor that seriously affects grain production in our country. At present, improving the salinity and alkalinity of crops is the most important task in plant breeding. With the rapid development of modern biotechnology, more genes related to salt-tolerance have been obtained and some salt-tolerant transgenic rice has been obtained through genetic transformation. In this study, we summarized the cloning of plant salt-tolerance-related genes and their genetic transformation in rice, and discussed the problems and application prospects in the field of transgenic rice.
