目的:测定新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清网膜素、内脂素水平,探讨网膜素与体脂参数、糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗及内脂素的相关性。方法:共选取研究对象73名,其中包括健康对照组28例和新诊断的T2DM患者45例,采用ELISA法检测空腹血清网膜素-1与内脂素水平,同时检测空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2h血糖(OGTT-2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂等各项指标及空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,计算体重指数(BMI)和腰臀比值(WHR),并以稳态模型(HOMA-model)计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并分析网膜素-1与各指标之间的关系。结果:与健康对照组相比,T2DM组血清网膜素-1水平明显降低[(68.6±11.27)μg/L比(29.8±5.19)μg/L,P<0.05],内脂素水平明显升高[(9.37±0.85)μg/L比(18.67±7.98)μg/L,P<0.05],血清网膜素-1水平与WHR、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯、2hPG、内脂素均呈负相关(r分别为-0.310,-0.290,-0.460,-0.376,-0.040,P<0.05)。结论:网膜素-1水平的变化可能在糖尿病的发生发展中起一定作用。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the level of serum retinin and visfatin in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients and explore the relationship between retinal and body fat parameters, glucose and lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and visfatin. Methods: A total of 73 subjects were selected, including 28 healthy controls and 45 newly diagnosed T2DM patients. Fasting serum retinin-1 and visfatin levels were measured by ELISA. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) OGTT-2hPG, HbA1c, and lipids, and fasting insulin (FINS) were measured and the body mass index (BMI) and waist-hip ratio (WHR) (HOMA-model) was used to calculate the insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), and the relationship between retinal-1 and each index was analyzed. Results: The level of serum retinin-1 in T2DM group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group [(68.6 ± 11.27) μg / L vs (29.8 ± 5.19) μg / L, P <0.05] (9.37 ± 0.85) μg / L (18.67 ± 7.98) μg / L, P <0.05]. The levels of serum retinin-1 and WHR, HOMA-IR, triglyceride, (R = -0.310, -0.290, -0.460, -0.376, -0.040 respectively, P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes of retinal-1 level may play a role in the development of diabetes.
