病历摘要患者李某,女性。38岁,河北籍。于1980年2月16日住入北京友谊医院内科。1976年始经常感觉心悸、气短、血沉有时快,曾按结核治疗(异烟肼0.3克/天×7天),后因诊断不清而停止治疗。1978年后,走路时气喘、乏力,并伴进行性消瘦。住院前4个月病情加重,伴烦爆、纳差及低热,心电图示:窦性心律,房性早搏,V_1V_2为QS型。1980年2月上旬出现咀嚼及吞咽困难,夜间平卧憋气,全身明显无力,体重减轻7.5公斤,因病情不断恶化,乃住院进一步检查。既往史:1956
