认知负荷理论是近年发展较快的理论之一,它主要依赖于以容量有限的工作记忆为核心的认知结构的支持。本文以大学英语课堂教学实例为切入点,结合相关认知负荷理论,提出在控制整个认知负荷总额的前提下,有效增加大学英语学习者的相关认知负荷的方法和手段。
Cognitive load theory is one of the theories that has developed rapidly in recent years. It mainly depends on the support of the cognitive structure with the limited working memory as the core. This article takes college English classroom teaching as an example, and puts forward the methods and means to effectively increase the related cognitive load of college English learners under the premise of controlling the total amount of cognitive load.
