现将我院近两年来两例自体睾丸移植介绍如下: 病例例一:12岁,诊断双侧隐睾,一个月前左侧睾丸急性扭转坏死,已行睾丸切除。1983年4月14日行右侧腹部探查术,见睾丸位于腹膜后,右肾下极平面,游离精索,睾丸不能拉入阴囊内,故决定进行睾丸自体移植。将精索内动脉(口径为0.4mm)与腹壁下动脉吻合,9/0尼龙线缝合7针;精索内静脉(口径为2mm)与腹壁下静脉吻
