男62例，女38例。治疗组除常规治疗外加用6542，2～3mg，双足三里穴位注射，每日1次。足三里穴为足阳明胃经的合穴。6542具有调节植物神经，扩张血管及调节机体免疫作用，可改善肠道微循环，促使胃肠功能的恢复，有利于肠内营养物质、水盐的吸收，又能扩张肾血管，改善肾功能。还可稳定肠绒毛的溶酶体，保护肠绒毛机能，还可通过调整免疫功能，促进肠道病变愈合。还具有抗胆碱能神经作用，能解除肠壁痉挛，使肠蠕动减慢并抑制肠腺分泌，使大便量减少变干。
