介绍半主动悬挂减振器控制系统的组成及工作原理,分析不同控制方法的可行性。控制系统的核心是阻尼器的控制策略,基于DSP芯片,相对常用的单片机有更多的灵活性和可靠性,采用DSP芯片实现所实施的控制策略。利用MATLAB对控制系统进行仿真,结果表明,在列车上安装半主动横向减振器能有效改善车体的横向运行平稳性。
The composition and working principle of semi-active suspension damper control system are introduced, and the feasibility of different control methods is analyzed. Control system is the core of the damper control strategy, based on the DSP chip, the relatively common microcontroller has more flexibility and reliability, the use of DSP chip implementation of the control strategy. Using MATLAB to simulate the control system, the results show that the installation of semi-active lateral shock absorber can effectively improve the lateral stability of the vehicle body.
