以双酚A为模板分子,2-乙烯吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,V(甲苯)∶V(液体石蜡)=3∶2混合溶液为溶剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备对双酚A具有亲和选择性的印迹微球。通过静态吸附、Scatchard分析及Langmuir吸附模型对印迹材料的吸附特性进行分析,并且运用选择性吸附对印迹材料进行评价。结果表明:印迹材料存在一类性质相同结合位点,吸附过程属于单分子层吸附,对目标分子双酚A具有较好的特异选择性。
Using bisphenol A as template molecule, 2-vinylpyridine as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent and V (toluene): V (liquid paraffin) = 3: 2 mixed solution as solvent, Imprinted microspheres with affinity selectivity for bisphenol A were prepared by precipitation polymerization. Adsorption characteristics of the imprinted material were analyzed by static adsorption, Scatchard analysis and Langmuir adsorption model, and the imprinted material was evaluated by selective adsorption. The results show that there is a kind of same binding site in the imprinting material, the adsorption process belongs to the monolayer adsorption, and has good specific selectivity to the target molecule bisphenol A.
