为了寻找职业学校课程改革的突破口,开发切合企业生产实际的校本教材,促进中等职业学校课程的改革,2002年3月29日,我受永康市职业技术学校的委派,到永康市的百强企业——永康市华鑫工具制造有限公司任副总经理,开始挂职学习工作。经过8个多月的生产一线磨炼,了解了目前企业中的生产工艺和生产技术水平,深刻感受了生产一线对职业教育的迫切需求,发现了职业教育存在的一些不足,找到了职业学校课程改革的方向,为我校课程改革采集了第一手资料。
