大同矿务局始终把安全技术培训作为职工教育工作的重中之重,按照《矿山安全法》和《煤矿安全规程》的有关规定,坚持装备、管理、培训并重的原则,采取各种措施大力开展这项工作,使职工的安全技术素质有了明显的提高。1995年,参加安全技术培训的职工有89642人(次),参加业余培训的有41118人(次)。一个月以上的安全技术培训完成计划的101.35%;脱产10天以上的安全技术培训,完成计划的128.25%。通过强化安全技术培训,有力地促进了安全管理工作,改善了安全状况。全局工业和煤炭生产百万吨死亡率分别为0.734和0.742,低于部控制指标1.1和0.8。在开展培训方面我们的主

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Mine Safety Law and Coal Mine Safety Code, Datong Bureau of Mines adhered to the principle of equipping, management and training and took various measures To carry out this work, the safety and technical quality of workers has been significantly improved.
