目的:分析调查急诊病人就诊现状,探究其对人力资源管理的影响。方法:2013年1月~2014年1月浙江省立同德医院收治的病人中随机选取206例急诊就诊病人临床资料,采取计算机病例管理系统进行统计分析。结果:急诊就诊病人前10种疾病健康问题排序为:创伤、头颈损伤脑梗死、头晕、呼吸道感染、脑出血、心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗死、高血压病。40岁以下的急诊病人占比为13.11%、40~50岁年龄段占比为50.97%、70~80岁年龄段占比为35.92%。男性患者占比为55.83%、女性患者占比为44.17%。结论:在人力资源管理中,应该合理分析急诊人群、高发年龄段、季节、时间以及病人特征等,实现配置的规范管理,确保较高的抢救成功率,促进急诊护理发展水平。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and investigate the current situation of emergency patients and to explore their impact on human resource management. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, 206 patients admitted to Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were enrolled. Clinical data of 206 emergency patients were randomly selected and analyzed by computer case management system. Results: The health problems of the first 10 diseases were classified as trauma, head and neck injury, dizziness, respiratory tract infection, cerebral hemorrhage, angina, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and hypertension. The proportion of emergency patients under the age of 40 accounted for 13.11%, 40- 50 years old accounted for 50.97%, 70-80 years old accounted for 35.92%. Male patients accounted for 55.83%, female patients accounted for 44.17%. Conclusion: In the human resources management, we should make a reasonable analysis of the emergency population, the high incidence of age groups, the season, the time and the characteristics of patients so as to realize the standardized management of configuration, ensure a high success rate of rescue and promote the development of emergency nursing.
