多缸汽油机中各缸之间混合气分配不均匀将导致动力性和经济性下降,影响发动机有关零部件寿命。混合气分配一般有三方面含意:1)各缸充气量分配;2)各缸混合气浓度分配;3)各缸混合气成分(燃料馏分、添加剂等)分配。該文的研究工作限于前两方面。該文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,对一台EQ6100发动机,进行了各缸充气量、燃油量和混合气浓度分配的试验研究工作,分析了造成不均匀分配的主要因素,并对改善混合气分配的途径进行了探索。
Multi-cylinder gasoline engine in the uneven distribution of gas mixture will lead to reduced power and economy, affecting the life of the engine parts. Mixture distribution generally has three meanings: 1) the allocation of each cylinder charge; 2) the concentration of each cylinder mixture distribution; 3) the composition of each cylinder gas mixture (fuel fractions, additives, etc.) distribution. The research work of this paper is limited to the first two aspects. On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, this paper conducts an experimental study on the distribution of air charge, fuel quantity and air-fuel mixture concentration in an EQ6100 engine. The main factors that cause the uneven distribution are analyzed. The way of gas distribution is explored.
