目的:建立金果含片中橙皮苷的高效毛细管电泳测定方法。方法:以25 mmol.L-1硼砂缓冲溶液(pH 10.0)为运行缓冲液。分离电压20 kV,压力进样0.5 psi×10 s,柱温25℃,检测波长283 nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.023 8~0.142 9 g.L-1(r=0.999 8)具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.57%,RSD 1.0 3%。结论:方法操作简便、灵敏、快速,适用于金果含片中橙皮苷的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of hesperidin in Jin Guo Bu Ban. Methods: 25 mmol.L-1 borax buffer solution (pH 10.0) was used as running buffer. The separation voltage was 20 kV, the pressure was injected 0.5 psi × 10 s, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results: Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship between 0.023 8 and 0.142 9 g.L-1 (r = 0.999 8). The average recoveries of hesperidin were 99.57% and RSD 1.0 3%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and rapid. It is suitable for the quality control of hesperidin in Jinguobian tablets.
