“乡镇企业被誉为‘能人经济’。一个好的经营者,就是一个企业。从某种意义上说,经营者倒了,企业也垮了。‘能人易夭’现象的出现,固然有历史的、客观的原因,但是真正的病根子还得从‘能人’自身去寻找。” 鲁冠球,这是一个在企业界为人所熟知的名字。就是这位农民的儿子,把一个只有7个人,4000元资产的铁匠铺发展成为拥有35000名员工,35亿资产,下属60家经济实体的大型企业集团。 27年过去了,鲁冠球依然活跃在中国改革大潮的浪尖,总是把美好的音符一个接一个地增添到自己人生的乐章上:全国十大新闻人物、全国劳动模范、全国优秀企业家、全国十大杰出职工、中国经营大师、中国乡镇企业功勋、中国改革风云人物……有人说,年过半百的鲁冠球是中国企业界的“常青树”。
