1998年新疆维吾尔自治区引进了波涌灌溉节水新技术 ,于 1999～ 2 0 0 0年在巴州和昌吉州分设 4处进行试验示范 ,试验应用表明 ,波涌灌溉是一项新型的地面节水灌溉新技术 ,具有明显的节水增产、使用简单、投入少见效快等特点。
In 1998, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region introduced a new technology of surge irrigation and water saving. From 1999 to 2000, four experimental sites were set up in Bazhou and Changji prefecture. The experimental application shows that surge irrigation is a new type of ground section New technology of water irrigation, with obvious water saving and yield increase, simple to use, less expensive and quick to invest.
