针对义马杨村煤矿底分层综放工作面D11023回风平巷处于低应力区的条件,在工作面前方回风平巷布置观测站,采用多点位移计和超声波无损检测分析仪,系统地观测了采动期间巷道围岩变形量大小、变形速度,以及松动圈范围。结果表明:回风平巷采用内错式布置时,采动影响期间巷道围岩变形量200~350 mm,该值在刚性梯形支架允许变形范围之内。采动影响区以外巷道松动圈为2.9 m,采动影响区内巷道围岩松动圈范围>3.8 m。
In view of the condition that D11023 return airway is in a low-stress area at the bottom stratified and fully mechanized caving face of YMCA Village in Yima, the observatory is arranged in the return air lane in front of the working face. The results show that the deformation of surrounding rock is 200-350 mm during the influence of mining during the return airway with internal staggered arrangement, which is within the allowable deformation range of rigid trapezoidal support. The loose ring of the roadway outside the affected area is 2.9 m and the loose ring of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the mining affected area is more than 3.8 m.
