安全预警和决策支持(EWSC)系统作为未来控制中心自动化系统的重要功能,一方面需要对能量管理系统(EMS)成熟功能进行封装,另一方面需要适应自动化系统功能演变的需要。提出了一种基于多代理系统(MAS)的软件开发范式,用于开发EWSC系统的软件构架。该系统具有一个松散、开放的可插入式结构。其中核心框架是负责系统通信和任务调度的协调层,是相对固定的;其余部分为独立模块,由一系列相对独立的决策分析和人机表达智能体组成,可以独立开发,方便地嵌入系统。在该框架下系统各个模块层次分明,具有很强的解耦性,并且可以实现把历史遗留系统集成到新的环境中。基于文中所提出的软件构架的在线EWSC系统已在某省级电网投运。
Security Early Warning and Decision Support (EWSC) system, as an important function of automation system in future control center, needs to encapsulate mature functions of energy management system (EMS) on the one hand, and needs to adapt to the evolution of functions of automation system on the other hand. A software development paradigm based on multi-agent system (MAS) is proposed to develop the software architecture of EWSC system. The system has a loose, open, pluggable structure. The core framework is the coordination layer responsible for system communication and task scheduling, which is relatively fixed. The rest is independent module, which consists of a series of relatively independent decision analysis and man-machine representation agents, which can be developed independently and embedded in the system conveniently. Under this framework, the modules of the system are well-structured and highly decoupled, and the system of historical legacy can be integrated into the new environment. The online EWSC system based on the software architecture proposed in this article has been put into operation in a provincial power grid.
