碳化塔是中、小型氮肥厂广泛使用的关键性设备,其操作压力为0.7MPa或1.3MPa,操作温度不超过50℃,属常温Ⅱ类容器。为了防止介质对容器的腐蚀,塔内壁及塔内支架经喷砂,喷铝及涂环氧处理。但容器内壁腐蚀仍是该设备最常见的缺陷,有时腐蚀速度恨快。这不仅需投入大量的人力、物力修复,还对压力容器的安全使用构成威胁,也使这些容器在用检查后的正确定级带来困难。本文对碳化塔内壁腐蚀及在用检查的主要环节作简要分析。

In order to prevent the medium from corrosion on the container, the inner wall of the tower and the inner support of the tower are sandblasted, sprayed with aluminum and coated with epoxy. However, corrosion of the inner wall of the container is still the most common defect of the device, and the corrosion rate is sometimes hated. This not only requires a lot of manpower and material resources to be repaired, but also poses a threat to the safe use of pressure vessels and also makes it difficult for these vessels to be properly graded after inspection. In this paper, the corrosion of the inner wall of carbonation tower and the main links in use for a brief analysis.
