[目的]直接合成的噻菌灵未达到标准物质的要求,纯化后的样品为农药标准物质的研制奠定了基础。[方法]通过重结晶方法对原药进行纯化,探索了纯化过程中各个条件,确定了简易的纯化方法。[结果]纯化后的噻菌灵的纯度为99.7%,经过专业机构的测定和实验室的定值验证了该量值的准确性。[结论]用无水乙醇重结晶所得到的纯品纯度为99.7%,用IR、GC-MS定性,用气相色谱仪定量,达到了农药标准物质纯度的要求。
[Objective] The thiabendazole synthesized directly did not meet the requirements of standard materials. The purified samples laid the foundation for the development of standard reference materials for pesticides. [Method] The crude drug was purified by recrystallization method, the conditions of the purification process were explored, and the simple purification method was determined. [Result] The purity of the purified thiabendazole was 99.7%. The accuracy of this value was verified by the professional organization’s determination and the laboratory’s setting. [Conclusion] The purity of the pure product obtained by recrystallization from absolute ethanol was 99.7%, qualitatively determined by IR and GC-MS, and quantified by gas chromatography to meet the requirements of purity of pesticide standard substance.
