工会是企业安全生产工作的～支重要力量,在加强安全生产工作中起着不可缺少的作用。我国有关法律法规赋予了工会一定的安全生产的权利与职责。这些权利与职责概括起来讲,就是“监督、维护、教育、组织、参与”。工会要抓住这五个方面,依法履行好安全生产的权利与职责。依法监督权责对企业安全生产的监督权责,是法律赋予工会在安全生产方面的最重要权责。它主要体现在工会对以下三方面的监督:
Trade unions are important supporting forces for work safety in enterprises and play an indispensable role in strengthening work safety. The relevant laws and regulations in our country give the trade unions certain rights and responsibilities in safe production. In sum, these rights and responsibilities are “supervision, maintenance, education, organization and participation.” Trade unions should seize these five aspects and fulfill their rights and responsibilities in safe production according to law. To supervise the power and responsibility of supervision over the production safety of enterprises in accordance with the law is the most important power and responsibility that the law gives to the trade unions in terms of production safety. It is mainly reflected in the supervision of trade unions on the following three aspects:
