Smoking is a major public hazard in the world. According to a recent survey released by the UN Health Organization, nearly 3 million people die each year from smoking-related diseases worldwide. A large number of scientific research data confirm that smoking is one of the important factors causing many diseases such as chronic respiratory tract, cardiovascular and lung cancer. Stop smoking means that the possibility of causing the above diseases is diminishing, which means prolonging life. At the same time, from a modern civilization perspective, smoking in public places is an uncivilized and unethical behavior. Non-smoking areas indicate its modern taste in social civilization and social morality, which is an important symbol of progress in civilization. In recent years, countries all over the world are vigorously controlling smoking and promoting smoking cessation, and strictly implementing the legislation. Sweden implemented a national smoking cessation campaign in the early 1980s and gained successful experience. Singapore raised in 1993
