水力发电设备中的水轮机转轮、飞轮及冶金矿山设备中的大型齿轮,在制造中,由于一般厂缺少大型拉床,加工内孔键槽困难。因此,往往采用插削或刨削加工,但达不到技术要求。为此,我厂采用键槽推刀来加工内孔键槽,效果良好。现介绍如下:一、刀体结构由于对键槽工作侧面配合精度要求较高,而对其顶部要求则较低。故可把工件内孔键槽先用插床或刨床粗加工至深度尺寸,槽两侧留有余量,然后用成形推刀将槽两侧切至尺寸要求。键槽推刀有整体式和滑块式两种,见图1、2。整
Large-scale gears in turbine runners, flywheels and metallurgical mining equipment in hydroelectric power plants are difficult to manufacture in keyways in manufacturing due to lack of large broaching machines in general plants. Therefore, often use chipping or planing process, but can not meet the technical requirements. To this end, I plant the key slot push knife to the processing of keyhole, the effect is good. Are introduced as follows: First, the knife body structure due to the keyway work with the side of the higher precision requirements, while the top of the requirements are lower. Therefore, the workpiece can be keyhole with slotted or planer roughing to the depth of the size of both sides of the tank left margin, and then use the shape of the knife to cut both sides of the slot to the size requirements.
