浮顶油罐的浮顶属薄板结构,往往因焊接工艺顺序不当而造成较大变形,有的变形量在300毫米以上。我们结合多年的施工经验,在浙江镇海石化总厂施工的6台浮顶罐(4台1万m~3、2台2万m~3)时,因采取了防变形措施,使焊后的单盘凸凹度不超过16mm,远远超过规范规定的±50mm 的指标,受到建设单位的好评。这些措施如下:1.船舱组装完毕,开始由外向内分12等份间跳焊接,同时,单盘顶由内向外铺设钢板,直至铺到与船舱内侧板结合处为止。2.焊接:
