The university library is the heart department of colleges and universities, playing a decisive role both in teaching and in scientific research. However, there are some misunderstandings about the duties and responsibilities of library managers. They think they are reading or watching. In fact, they are the guides and disseminators of knowledge. How to improve the administrator’s own sense of service has naturally become the focus of discussion and research in various colleges and universities.
