文章就下钻过程中提升空吊卡的时间问题进行了现场测试。试验结果表明,对国产钻机与国外钻机来说,分析了挂与不挂水刹车对提升空吊卡时间的影响以及采用单向离合器的必要性。本文还对滚筒缠绳和传动方案在试验中所表明的问题作了简要介绍。
Article on the drilling process to enhance the time of empty elevator for field testing. The test results show that for domestic drilling rigs and overseas drilling rigs, the influence of hanging and undrained brakes on the lifting time of empty elevators and the necessity of using one-way clutches are analyzed. The article also gives a brief introduction of the problems indicated in the experiment of drum tying rope and transmission scheme.
