由我院理化系化学教研室负责、四川石油管理局井下作业处参加研究的“7801”高温浓盐酸酸化缓蚀剂已获成功,这种高效缓蚀剂由合成的酮胺醛缩合物(一种树脂状物)和其它工业药品研制而成.经大庆油田井下工艺研究所等单位反复试验和鉴定会正式鉴定,该产品缓蚀性能优良,比目前国内其他高温酸化缓蚀剂好.1.在150℃的28%HCI溶液中加入3%“7801”,对于N80油管钢试片,在4小时腐蚀时间内,腐蚀速度小于40克/米~2·小时,填补了我国高温浓盐酸酸化缓蚀剂空白.2.“7801”在高温(120℃)的12:6土酸(盐酸与氢氟酸混合酸)溶液中,也具有明显的缓蚀效果,在上述土酸液中加入2.5%“7801”,44~*钢试片腐蚀速度为23.3克/米~2·小时,因而可用于沙岩油层深井酸化.3.“7801”在夏季(57天)和冬季(65天)室温浓盐酸中长时间挂片腐蚀,钢试片不出现点蚀,腐蚀速度小于0.01克/米~2·小时,因此,有可能用低碳钢制作贮酸槽来代替较昂贵的玻璃钢贮酸槽.
