SCN~-和S_2O_3~(2-)的极谱测定已有报道,。我们在HClO_4和Cu(Ⅱ)的介质中,用单扫描极谱法于电位-0.30V(vs,SCE)测定SCN~-,在相同的底液中于电位-0.36V(vs,SCE)测定S_2O_3~(2-)。当SCN~-、S_2O_3~(2-)的浓度分别在3×10~(-8)~5×10~(-7)、7×10~(-8)~8×10~(-7)g·ml~(-1)之间与波高呈线性关系。若以HClO_4和SCN~-或S_2O_~(2-)为底液,于电位-0.30V(vs,SCE)处可测定Cu~(2+),Cu~(2+)的浓度在1.8×10~(-8)~1.8×10~(-7)g·ml~(-1)之间与波高呈线性关系。曾用HClO_4~Cu~(2+)体系测定了抽烟者唾液中的SCN~-,结果满意。
Polarographic determination of SCN ~ - and S_2O_3 ~ (2-) has been reported. We measured SCN ~ - at -0.30V (vs, SCE) with mono-sweep polarography in the medium of HClO_4 and Cu (II) at a potential of -0.36V (vs, SCE) S_2O_3 ~ (2-). When the concentrations of SCN ~ -, S_2O_3 ~ (2-) were in the range of 3 × 10 -8 ~ 5 × 10 -7 and 7 × 10 -8 ~ 8 × 10 -7, respectively, g · ml ~ (-1) and the wave height was linear. The concentration of Cu 2+ and Cu 2+ could be measured at the potential of -0.30V (vs, SCE) with HClO_4 and SCN ~ - or S_2O_ ~ (2-) ~ (-8) ~ 1.8 × 10 ~ (-7) g · ml ~ (-1) and the wave height was linear. We have used the HClO_4 ~ Cu ~ (2+) system to determine the SCN ~ - in the saliva of smokers, and the results are satisfactory.
