我厂自进行防腐蚀管理以来,经常对各类容器进行腐蚀速度监测,将腐蚀余量和腐蚀速度作为设备是否更换的一个依据,因为我厂的主要设备是发酵罐、离子交换柱、蒸汽分汽罐、冷却器、过滤器等压力容器,因此抓住压力容器的腐蚀问题来进行防腐蚀管理是进行防腐蚀管理的重点。容器制作后实际壁厚(以后将理论壁厚作实际壁厚,σ_Omm,运行n年后,测得容器局部腐蚀严重区厚度σ_Lmm。则设备的年腐蚀率为λ为:λ=(σ_o-o_l)/n(mm/a)。
