本文估算了Ⅰ—69杨×青杨、Ⅰ—69杨×小青杨、Ⅰ—69杨×美洲黑杨的 F_1群体苗木生长性状的遗传参数,认为依据苗木生长的表型值进行 F_1无性系选择是可行的。由1~7年生林木生长相关分析结果,提出7年生时是选择优良无性系的合理时机。通过杂种无性系生长特性的测定与分析,选出两个优良无性系——Ⅰ—69杨×美洲黑杨52号和Ⅰ—69杨×青杨(长安)1062号,选择后的遗传增益分别为20.23%、101.15%。
This paper estimated the genetic parameters of seedling growth traits of Populus Ⅰ-69 poplar, I-69 Populus × Populus simonii, I-69 Populus × Populus × sibirica, based on the phenotypic value of seedling growth F_1 clonal The choice is feasible. According to the results of tree growth correlation analysis from 1 to 7 years old, it is a reasonable time to choose good clones when 7 years old. Through the determination and analysis of growth characteristics of clonal hybrid clones, two excellent clones-I-69 Yang × American Poplar 52 and Ⅰ-69 Yang × Qingyang (Chang’an) 1062 were selected. The genetic gain after selection was 20.23% and 101.15% respectively.
