本刊自第二期起连续刊登了关于4D系统的文章,对4D系统有了一个比较全面的介绍,也引起了很多读者的关注。4D系统作为一项兼具科学性、完整性、全面性、精细性的衡量团队绩效与成员在团队互动中表现的简单实用的系统性工具。自诞生以来,它一直是NASA组建高效团队和改善团队绩效的核心方法,这些年来,由于其对团队建设的巨大作用,正被广泛用于商业、工业、政府、学校等领域。作为原创于美国的管理工具,在中国的应用如何,本期杂志邀请了4D中国项目推动者杨永华女士介绍4D系统在中国企业的应用情况,为中国的企业发展带来了什么样的影响。
Since the second issue of this issue, the articles on 4D systems have been published continuously, which has provided a relatively comprehensive introduction to the 4D system and has attracted the attention of many readers. The 4D system is a simple, practical and systematic tool that measures scientific performance, completeness, comprehensiveness, and meticulousness and measures team performance in the team interaction. Since its inception, it has been a core method for NASA to build effective teams and improve team performance. Over the years, due to its tremendous role in team building, it has been widely used in the fields of commerce, industry, government, and schools. As an original management tool in the United States, how is it applied in China? This issue of the magazine invited Ms. Yang Yonghua, the 4D China project promoter, to introduce the application of the 4D system to Chinese companies, and what impact it has had on China’s corporate development.
