现代互联网技术的快速发展对旅行社经营业务的开展、服务质量的监管提出了更多挑战。互联网发展背景下海南旅行社监管模式的完善和创新对海南国际旅游岛建设有着重要意义。本文研究了海南在旅行社监管方式、第三方参与、责任主体诚信意识、旅游网络经营管理等方面的不足,提出了适应互联网发展特征的旅游者、政府、行业等多主体参与的服务质量监管模式。 The rapid development of modern internet technology poses more challenges to the operation of travel agencies and the regulation of service quality. The improvement and innovation of the supervision mode of Hainan travel agency under the background of Internet development is of great significance for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island. This paper studies the shortcomings of Hainan in the way of supervision of travel agencies, the participation of third parties, the awareness of responsible parties, the management of tourism networks and other aspects, and puts forward the service quality supervision mode involving many subjects such as tourists, government and industry that adapt to the development characteristics of the Internet.
