手术治疗颅底脑膜瘤１０３例，平均年龄４２．６岁，女多于男。头痛４６例，头昏７例，视物模糊和视力下降２４例，面部麻木１０例，听力减退６例，眼球突出６例，癫痫发作４例。全部病人经影像学诊断，ＣＴ扫描９４例，肿瘤直径＜４ｃｍ者６例，４～６ｃｍ者１３例，＞６ｃｍ者７５例。７５例行脑血管造影，肿瘤染色和供血动脉大多被显示。全切除肿瘤８７例，近全切除６例，大部分切除４例，部分切除４例，活切２例。手术死亡８例，主要为脑干损伤１例，下丘脑损伤３例，术中大出血１例，术中急性脑水肿１例，颅内感染１例，肺部感染１例。颅底脑膜瘤术中颅压降低充分，肿瘤充分显露，骨窗接近颅底，绝大多数病人可达到肿瘤全切除及良好的疗效。
Surgical treatment of skull base meningioma in 103 cases, the average age of 42.6 years, more women than men. Headache in 46 cases, dizziness in 7 cases, blurred vision and vision loss in 24 cases, 10 cases of facial numbness, hearing loss in 6 cases, 6 cases of prominent eyes, 4 cases of epileptic seizures. All patients diagnosed by imaging, CT scan in 94 cases, tumor diameter <4cm in 6 cases, 4 ~ 6cm in 13 cases,> 6cm in 75 cases. Cerebral angiography was performed in 75 patients, and most of the tumor staining and feeding arteries were shown. Total resection of the tumor in 87 cases, nearly total resection in 6 cases, most resection in 4 cases, partial resection in 4 cases, 2 cases of living. There were 8 cases of surgical death, including 1 case of brain stem injury, 3 cases of hypothalamic injury, 1 case of intraoperative hemorrhage, 1 case of acute cerebral edema, 1 case of intracranial infection and 1 case of pulmonary infection. Intracranial meningioma in the reduction of intracranial pressure is sufficient, the tumor fully revealed, the bone window near the skull base, the vast majority of patients can achieve complete tumor resection and good effect.
