我厂新建一套去离子水生产装置,在试产时去离子水的电 导率在1.0μS/cm以下,但其pH值波动范围却较大,在一天之 内从7.4下降到5.5,而我厂对pH值要求在7.0以上,针对去离 子水pH值不稳定,我们从以下几个方面寻找解决方法。 (1)阴阳树脂比例不恰当,是否会有波动 原来离子交换塔 内阴阳树脂比例为2:1,我们补加阴树脂使阴阳树脂的比例为 2.5:1后,出水的pH值仍有波动,证明pH值的波动与树脂比 例无关。
