膨胀系数是膨胀合金的主要应用参数,对其测量精度要求较高。目前国内尚无检测小膨胀系数的膨胀仪,作者利用光学测微计制作一台高放大倍数的卧式膨胀仪,满足了测试4J29、4J36等合金对高精度的要求。
The expansion coefficient is the main application parameter of the expanded alloy, and its measurement accuracy is high. At present, there is no dilatometer to detect the small expansion coefficient. The author uses optical micrometer to make a high magnification horizontal dilatometer to meet the requirements of high-precision testing of alloys such as 4J29 and 4J36.
